A flight booking system with a Filament admin the agency's own staff run unaided.
Bookings arrived by phone call, WhatsApp and walk-in, then got written down and re-entered later. Staff were reconciling paper against messages, quotes went out slowly, and nobody could see the day's bookings in one place.
We built a Laravel booking platform with a Filament admin panel: enquiries, passengers, quotes and confirmations in one flow, with the records the agency needs for reconciliation generated as a by-product of taking the booking rather than as extra work afterwards.
Completing a booking now takes roughly a third of the time it used to, and the agency runs the admin panel unaided.
